Madison Ross is a Tax Partner and co-founder of Ross and Connor LLP. He began his profession in tax accounting in 2018 where he focused on oil and gas, small business, and individual taxation. After moving companies in 2021, he began to focus heavily on small business and individual taxation along with tax consulting. Madison received a certification in Cryptocurrency Taxation from Main Street Business in 2022. He is a member of the Main Street Business Certified Tax Advisory Network, which consists of hundreds of CPAs, Enrolled Agents, and Lawyers from across the country who meet weekly to discuss up-to-date tax strategies. This network also includes quizzes and exams to ensure competency in tax issues and strategies. Madison is licensed as a CPA in Texas and New Mexico.

Madison received a Bachelors in Business Administration from Austin College (2016) and a Masters in Accountancy from The University of Tulsa (2017). He played football at both schools.
